It was developed by Maloney and Robert Gladstone through their Madison Equities. These developers transferred three adjacent townhouses on Sullivan Street to Arthur Becker. This was in exchange for the stake that he had in the project.

He is married to designer Vera Wang. These two separated in 2012 after more than 20 years of marriage. He will live in one of the townhouses and sell off the other two. The business dealings of Arthur Becker are spanning across finance, tech, as well as art and real estate.

Arthur Becker has stated that he will be getting more involved in real estate. He says that he got into this market at the right time and he is lucky that way.
